This Agreement is made between Big Tex Ordnance (BTO) and [Law Enforcement Agency] (LEA) for discounted agency purchasing from BTO’s firearms and accessories inventory.

Section 1 - Discount Rate LEA shall receive a discount off all items purchased from BTO’s catalog for duty use by officers and personnel. This discount applies to most firearms, ammunition, optics, tactical gear, weapon lights, and other products carried by BTO, with some exceptions that will be discount exempt. The discount shall be automatically applied once signed into the users account.Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions. Discounted displayed prices will not be shared outside of the users organization and only shared if approval is needed. Sharing of discounted pricing or the level of the discounts outside of agency use is strictly prohibited and violations will result in cancellation of agency account with BTO.

Section 2 - Special Orders For items not regularly stocked by BTO, special orders can be placed by agencies by contacting the LE coordinator via email below or by completing the agency quote request form available below or on the agency account page.

Section 3 - Term This Agreement shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the date signed below. The Agreement may be renewed for additional 1 year terms upon request by the purchasing agency..

Section 5 - BTO Agency pricing will be suspended during site-wide sales. Once the sale has expired the Agency pricing will resume. These suspension dates include but are not limited to Labor Day, Black Friday, Christmas, Independence Day, and Veterans Day Sales.

Section 6 - Returns/Exchanges New, unopened products can be returned within 45 days. Custom firearms and special orders are not eligible for return. Exchanges for defective items shall be made at no additional cost.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this Purchasing Agreement.

Section 4 - Shipping BTO offers discounted shipping within the continental U.S. on any order over $50. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping if requested by LEA.
