DESCRIPTION
The Schmid Tool 2-stage trigger features a 4.5 lb total pull weight and a durable Nickel Boron finish, ensuring a smooth pull and crisp break every time you squeeze the trigger. The two stages of this trigger consist of an initial 2 lb pull that brings you to a “wall”, where the hammer and trigger are set to break for the shot. After that, it’s only a 2.5 lb pull to fire, helping you to make accurate shots with short resets in between.

Our 2 Stage NiB trigger group doesn’t seem to work well with Centurion Arms forged lowers, and is incompatible with BRN 180 receivers.

Very nice trigger. Not even just for the money….but overall a very nice trigger.
I own multiple Geissele triggers (SSAs. SSA-Es, and a Super Tricon), and a few LaRue 2 stage triggers; I believe this trigger is better feeling ‘to me’ than the LaRues.
Currently using this trigger in a Griffin Mk2 lower, and while the 2nd stage wall is well defined, there is a very nice rolling break.
Like usual, a very good price, and great customer service from Big Tex. I had a minor issue with my order, but it was very quickly resolved very much to my satisfaction.
I can see me having many more of these in my future!
