The FAST™ Optic Riser securely elevates direct-to-rail mounted red dot optics with a standard lower 1/3 co-witness picatinny mount to a 2.26″ optical center line. The FAST™ Optic Riser provides an elevated M1913 Picatinny platform for direct attachment of optics, such as EOTech® EXPS, Vortex® UH-1 and other lower 1/3 co-witness optics. It can be paired with any FAST™ FTC (Flip-to-Center) magnifier mount.
It comes standard with a two cross bolt rail clamp, but is compatible with the FAST™QD (Quick Detach) Lever (as of Aug. 2023).
If you’re running an absolute co-witness height optic, you need the FAST™ Absolute Riser.
FAST™ is a series of optic mounting solutions that provides end users with a quicker sight picture than standard height mounts. FAST™ mounts create a 2.26” optical centerline from the rail, which allows for more rapid visual processing of the battlefield by ensuring an ergonomically correct heads-up posture. Further, they provide faster and easier dot/reticle acquisition while wearing night vision goggles, protective masks, plate carriers and other gear.
The FAST™ Optic Riser is built from 7075-T6 Aluminum and is Type III Hardcoat Anodized in Black or FDE*.

After getting the FAST Micro Mount for my T2, getting one of these for my Eotech was a no-brainer. Even if you’re not planning on running night vision these higher mounts still serve a purpose. Much easier to bring the sight to your eye and less stress on your neck after a long day which a bunch of repetitions.

Very well made and perfectly elevates my EXPS2-0.
I know about the whole ‘lifts your optics for easier use through NODs or CBRN masks’, but for me and my likely uses, if helps reduce the strain on the back of my neck that I get with absolute co-witness of lower 1/3 mounts.
I previously purchased a FAST mount for my T2s and found it made mounting the guns more comfortable, and it has been doing the same with my EOTechs as well.
