Needed this specific Knight’s shim kit and Big Tex was the only one with them in stock. Placed the order and they shipped quick. Kit made it but was missing one shim and had an extra of another size in its place. Unfortunately, I needed that specific shim to be able to properly time my muzzle device. Let Big Tex know that I was hoping to get this upper ready for a shoot that weekend and they immediately sent out a replacement set, no hassle, no questions asked. Told me to keep the first set as extras. Phenomenal service, I was able to have the gun ready for the weekend. Little mix up from KAC but Big Tex made right when it wasn’t their screw up.
