Received a defective unit and immediately reached out to the manufacturer with a description and images. While it was obvious there was problem customer service wanted more so they asked me to try other mags. This just damaged the magazines because of how out of spec it was while replicating the failure to function. Annoyed by the damage but still cooperative I photographed the results and sent them over. Kagwerks replied that yes, it was clearly produced out of spec and that all I had to do was PAY for return shipping myself and THEN they would honor the warranty. Bad product that will damage your slide IF it is in spec, and may damage your magazines as well while locking your slide back on full mags if out of spec. Try searching Kagwerks slide lock problems online and see what other users are saying if you think my bad experience was a fluke. Kagwerks ignores warranty laws by placing costs for remedy on the consumer instead of standing behind their products.. Know your rights and report violators to the FTC…

If you have aggressive grip on your glock, this will help prevent you from pushing your slidelock accidently, great product
