I’m less rating the parts than the customer service. The parts are the parts. I knew what I was buying, so of course I like them. The customer service was outstanding. They goofed and sent me the LPK without the trigger. Goofs happen, no big deal. Some companies would want the item back before they shipped the replacement. BTO had the right part on the way, packed with the return label, as soon as business opened for the day. Awesome professional interactions with the customer support staff. They made it right in a hurry.
