The Enhanced Ejection Port Cover is a drop-in upgrade designed to provide an improved installation process, physical strength, and corrosion resistance over the standard USGI ejection port cover. Traditional stamped-steel ejection ports are malleable, prone to corrosion, and require tools to install. The Enhanced Ejection Port Cover snaps into place easily without having to remove your hand guard or barrel nut, wind any loose springs, or adjust small e-clips. Constructed of impact-resistant injection molded polymer, it is corrosion resistant and will not bend or deform from impacts.

Great dust cover, as with all Magpul polymer products it is ridiculously durable and rugged. Installation is a breeze, can literally be done with one hand. I know there are more “Gucci” dust covers on the market, and they work phenomenally well but if you just need a simple, durable, economically friendly dust cover you can’t go wrong with the polymer Magpul Enhanced Ejection Port Cover.

Would be hard for things to get easier to install than this. Well thought out. Seems to work well on quality uppers.

Super easy to install, but only 4 stars because it doesn’t work well on all uppers, specifically Aero M4E1 uppers, it seems to bind up and doesn’t open/close easily. Works fine on standard mil-spec uppers.
