A beautiful study in the art of billet AR15 receiver. Besides the lovely machining, and legacy MEGA rollmarks, it has arguably the better ambidextrous bolt release configuration (right-side button as opposed to ping pong paddle ala DD/KAC or toggle level ala ADM), and it has an unfenced left-side to work with just about any ambidextrous magazine release, like the wonderful FCD ambi releases. This is not always the case, as with the fencing on the ADM lowers and the less than positive release on the Radian lowers (both of which I have more than one of, so it’s a design thing as opposed to individual units being flawed). Also, at the time of my purchase, this was exceedingly affordable. It is not quite so low in price now, but this is still a unique and wonderful receiver set that should be of interest to any well-appointed library of AR15’s in the collection of any connoisseur.
