The Modlite OKW-18650 Handheld Light Package contains an OKW light head, 18650 body and tail cap. It also includes ONE 18650 battery and an (optional) XTAR MC2 Charger. While lumen output is only 680 lumen the throw is about 400% greater than the Surefire M600DF. This light head is best suited for situations where extreme throw is needed.

Heads are differentiated by clear, lasered markings – “Dual Fuel” and “Multi-Mode”.
User Programmable:
Lights will ship in High only mode by default. Users can choose to switch to the High/Admin mode by:
1. Activate the light 12 times rapidly on and off.
2. Hold the tailcap on the 12th activation
3. The light will pause after the 12th activation, then flash twice. You have now activated the Admin feature.
4. To switch back to high lock mode, simply repeat the 12-tap process.
Note: An instructional QR code with linked video instructions will be included.
Do not stack 18350 cells into an 18650 body this can cause the light to malfunction. Only use 18650 cells in 18650 bodies and 18350 cells in 18350 bodies.

Love this handheld! Got myself one and one as a gift and both work perfectly. The admin mode is a nice touch when you just need a flashlight and don’t want to accidentally blind anyone 🙂

Modlite is by far the best in the business when it comes to lights that are durable and dependable. They offer a substantial amount of light with enough candela to make the light useful. The addition of the muti mode heads bumped them even farther ahead of the competition. Sure, there are others out there but they aren’t nearly as useful or dependable as Modlite in my experience.
