This light package contains a Modlite PL-350 Pistol light switch and body assembly, and the selected head of your choice. All lights include a single 18350 rechargeable battery, and packages are available with and without a 2 cell XTAR USB charger.
This light package contains a PL350 Pistol light body with the G2 switch bar, and the selected head of your choice. All lights include a single 18350 rechargeable battery, and packages are available with and without a 2 cell XTAR USB charger.
The 18350 cell supports Modlite heads for about 35-40 minutes of continuous use. A defining characteristic of the PL350 is its “Out the front” battery changeability, which allows the user to quickly replace discharged batteries with fresh ones, without tools and without removing the pistol light body from the host weapon.
The switch bar is now a solid injection-molded piece updated from the previous two piece design. This one-piece design offers a significant upgrade to the durability of your light switch. Other internal changes to the switch components make for an improved tactile feel.

Its frustrating light. The switch is too sensitive as it has turned on while holstered no less than 3 times. The original rail insert tab broke 3 times (after correct install to the manufacturer’s instructions), and removed itself halfway off the rain. Modlite replaced the crap plastic insert twice, and finally sent out a temporary solution in the form of metal insert after it happened at a pistol course, where the instructor personally went over a few bays and interrupted a class that was hosted by Modlite.
Its fixed now, and its my understanding they now ship with a better insert, but pretty miffed still at the sensitivity of the switch, and essentially being a beta tester for crap rail insert.

The performance of this light is great, as with all modlites. The switch is very positive feeling and not at all mushy feeling. They got that perfect. I wish the rail adapters were metal instead of polymer because that is an area of concern but so far I haven’t had any issues personally.
