Doesn’t work great for a standalone concealed mag pouch. The attachment is too flimsy and it tends to migrate around so the mag digs into you at weird places. The pouch itself is too narrow for regular double stack mags, a real chore to put a mag in and out.
This item is truly meant for their Flex chassis to give it rigidity.

I use this on an RCS pocket shield to hold pepper spray. Works very well in that application, and as mentioned by others, it is a tight fit for a double stack Glock mag. Durable and well made–no loose stiches.

Good low profile solution. Mags cannot be easily reinserted one handed, so something to consider, but depending on your application and need, might work great!

I like the concept, but as a mag pouch for a double stack (Glock ) magazine, it did not work for me. Way too difficult to insert. Possibly this particular item may have been constructed too small. This would probably work well for a single stack magazine, multi-tool, small flashlight or similar item.
