Reasonably priced and great to practice with. Also, thanks to John Murphy with FPF Training, I found out you can use the clip housing from normal POM units.

Works as you would expect. I bought this along with a live POM unit and am grateful I did because of the practice I can get in as I incorporate pepper spray into my edc. I believe this is advertised as having 10 seconds of content, and I felt that was accurate as I practiced with it.
