The SOLGW PRECISION barrels are unquestionably the most accurate barrels we’ve ever offered. Optimized for accuracy, the SPR contour and 5/8×24 threads at the muzzle are by no means lightweight, but they are routinely shooting 1/2MOA groups with multiple types of ammo.
The PRECISION series is 416R stainless steel, black oxide coated, and cut with .223 Wylde chambers. These barrels are also polygonal rifled with a 3 groove, 1:7 twist bore.
Please note that these barrels will have a shorter lifespan than our 4150CMV barrels, however our warranty still applies. If you can manage to shoot one out, we’ll still replace it for you free of charge.

Opening the box and seeing the girth of this barrel just inspires confidence. Shoots 55gr-77gr with sub-MOA accuracy and to boot there’s minimal POI shift between loads of varying grain weight (I’m talking .1-.2 mil shift that I’m just too lazy to even adjust for). Excellent quality, great match tube.

Been shooting this barrel in quantified performance matches for almost 2 seasons now, it’s one of my favorite barrels to date, very accurate, great contour, and it is gassed appropriately for what I use it for, the gas port is smaller that the standard SOLGW barrel this one is .072 vs .076.
