The new Surefire Scout Light® Pro Dual Fuel is the ultimate singleoutput WeaponLight, uniting the combat-proven elements of the M600DF Scout Light® with SureFire’s new Low-Profile Mount (LPM). The LPM delivers unprecedented versatility by allowing the user to optimize the light’s position relative to the rail. Rugged and reliable, the LPM can be easily and securely attached to any MIL-STD-1913 or M-LOK rail. The Scout Light Pro Dual Fuel features a recoilproof, ultra-high-output LED that delivers 1,200 lumens of blinding white light with 123A batteries and 1,500 lumens of light with the SF18650B* rechargeable lithium-ion battery. A proprietary Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens shapes the recoil-proof LED’s light into a beam with plenty of reach but enough surround light to accommodate peripheral vision, making the Scout Light Pro Dual Fuel ideal for closeto longer-range applications. A slight press of the Z68 tailcap switch will activate the momentary-on, while fully depressing the tailcap until it clicks will activate constant-on. The new integrated mounts on these is a great feature and they’re designed well. Durable light with good output. The USB recharge 18650 battery that comes included is a nice touch. Can’t go wrong with this light.

The light is small and the mount let’s it tuck into the rail very nicely. I added the tail cap and rail mounted switch to this. Bright light. I can make out my steel targets 150yrd from my back door, through a 2-10x Burris XTR on my 18″ rifle.

Best part……they take care of their clients! This light is amazing, super bright and the the mounting capabilities are very useful since you can mount it as close and tight as you like. Stop thinking about it, just buy it, its worth every penny!
I ordered a pad for this light, it didn’t work as it should have (defective product, not Big Tex issue). I emailed them and they Immediately shipped a replacement! Its hard to find companies with this type of service, they wanted to make it right, even if it wasn’t their fault. This light has amazing performance and Surefire knocked it out of the park with the new mounting system on this one. No need to go out and spend money on another mount…unless you need to push it out forward more. The swivel mount allows you to tuck the light in close. The included battery has a female jack built into the side. “Charging kit” consists of a USB cable to plug directly into the battery. It works, so no complaints. Shipping was blazing fast as usual. Whatever they’re doing at Big Tex is working…I’ll be again soon with another order! 🙂
