The closed tine variant of the Surefire Warcomp utilizes a classic bird cage style flash hider to reduce the tuning fork effect found in open tine variants, while utilizing the same compensator ports found in the mass production Warcomp.

Ionbond DLC coating to prevent corrosion
1/2×28 Muzzle Threads
High-precision single-point cut barrel threads for optimum thread interface
Labyrinth seals prevent carbon buildup on suppressor lock ring indexing system
Multiple bearing surfaces provide suppressor alignment and to prevent tines from ringing inside the suppressor
Integrates with SOCOM suppressors

Tied for my favorite Surefire muzzle device, this or the sf3p. Flash reduction, controls muzzle rise, and looks good. You can’t go wrong with the ctn warcomp.

In my opinion the closed time Warcomp is better than the three prong version. It’s set for neutral timing and no annoying tuning fork pings. One of my favorite muzzle devices.

Ended putting this on several ARs after my RC2 came in. Recoil unsuppressed feels good without the unwanted blast.

Great muzzle device. Similar to the A2 in looks. Mitigates the majority of flash without the 3 prong ping and helps control muzzle rise. Works great for fast attach Warden and Socom suppressors.
