The Wheeler Engineering® Roll Pin Punch set is machined from hardened steel to prevent bending or breaking while installing any roll pin. The punches are designed with a hemispherical tip to provide proper alignment of the roll pin to prevent damage to the firearm and the roll pin. The 9 piece set includes: 5/16″, 1/4″, 7/32″, 3/16″, 5/32″, 1/8″, 3/32″, 5/64″, and 1/16″ punches in a durable nylon sheath.

Have you ever needed punches for assembling an AR15 or upgrading an existing build? Are you tired of bending those cheap brass punches, or seeing them sheared off at the slightest bit of force applied?
Look no further, this is a reasonably economically priced set of punches that quite literally punches above their weight, if you’ll pardon the pun.
My only objection to them is that they are made in the People’s Republic of China, I would only suggest that you buy these if you can’t afford to purchase the made in USA Tekton set, add a 5/16th punch to it separately, and then buy a box to keep them all in. That said, if you’re only going to work on an AR once or twice, this set does just fine. In my case this was a gift for a first-time builder, so it made sense to start them off with a more economical set as I wasn’t sure if they’d see more than a single use.
