Simply attach your scope to the Dead Level, level the device with the precision thumbscrews to center up the bulls-eye level, then just level the reticle with a predetermined level line or plumb bob. The dead level works exactly how it should. This and a leveling wedge like the Arisaka makes mounting and leveling an optic simple and intuitive. Great for anyone who has multiple optics to level and true, and wants to take the tediousness out of leveling everything with multiple bubble levels and constant adjustments out of the equations.

This is exactly what I was looking for, having multiple optic mounting options while leveling the rifle, can be a bit difficult. Some scope mounts don’t have enough space in-between the mount and optic to get a leveling wedge inserted, this is a great option to add to the collection. The badger dead level makes truing up the mount and optic super simple, a must have for any gunsmith or shooter with numerous optics and mounts, do it right the first time!
