This light package contains a PL350 Pistol light switch and body assembly, and the selected head of your choice. All lights include a single 18350 rechargeable battery, a set of PHLSTER ARC Switch paddles, and packages are available with and without a 2 cell XTAR USB charger. A defining characteristic of the PL-350 is its “Out the front” battery change ability, which allows the user to quickly replace discharged batteries with fresh ones, without tools and without removing the pistol light body from the host weapon.
Features:
Modular design is compatible with all slim Modlite heads, which lets the end user customize the light output to their specific needs.
Lights include a full set of PHLSTER ARC enhanced WML Switches, further letting the end user tailor the light to fit their hands and shooting methods.
The PL350 is designed to be compatible with current and future Modlite heads, ensuring long life and future upgrade paths.
At launch the PL350 is well supported in the holster industry as well.
PLHv2:
- 5800 Kelvin color temperature
- 1350 Lumens
- 54,000 Candela
- This model is the best all around, with both spill and long throw. If you are unsure which model to buy, we recommend this head.
New from Modlite! The PL-350 Weapon Mounted Light Package contains your choice of an PLHv2 or OKW light head, Modlite’s new pistol light body and one 18350 battery. It can also be ordered with the (optional) XTAR MC2 Charger.
All existing Modlite heads will fit on this body. It is highly recommended that you only use the new slim-designed heads PICTURED HERE to ensure that they will have enough clearance to work on a handgun.
PL350 Switches:
For installation and tuning of the PHLster ARC switches, see the video below:
PL350 Rail Fitment:
Modlite includes two rail keys and has two grooves cut in the body of the light to give the end user a wide range of fitment options to affix the light to your choice of handgun. “UNI” is going to be the option needed for fitment on a Glock, but will work in either fitment slot to achieve pretty much any mounting possible on standard-width handgun. However, some firearms manufacturers use the wider “1913” profile, so the end user may want to achieve a more secure fitment by using the wider “1913” key. If you are able to achieve multiple fitments on your firearm and are unsure what configuration to use, we recommend reaching out to the holster manufacturer of your choice and asking them what configuration they recommend for proper fitment into their PL350 holster.
*PL350 does not have a fitment for sub-compact handguns, even ones that have a rail like the Glock 48 MOS or the Sig Sauer P365.
Holster Options:
Below is a chart of all confirmed holsters for PL350. These are only what has been confirmed to be ready at or around the launch of PL350. More holster manufacturers have received all the resources they need for development, and may still be refining their products prior to letting us know about final availability. If you would like to see your favorite holster manufacturer on here, please contact them and have them reach out to us at sales@modlite.com. We will be more than happy to also get them what they need.
